Vacuum roll kneading machine

Applications:
For meat being roll kneading under vacuum is absorbed with brine and food additives, and also be combined water with protein of meat.

Vacuum roll kneading machine is being run with automatic vacuum suction feeding, Automatic in order kneading, and Automatic discharge.

While the muscles of mutton, beef, or pork are roll kneaded, overturned, thrashed, and massaged under vacuum, brine and food additives are infiltrated into musculature, and pickled and combined.

Air will be expelled from muscles under vacuum, and it is good for preventing oxidation of muscles.

The products will be fresh, lubricity, and compactness of musculature.
